MEDINA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Union employees at Medina Hospital have ratified a new three-year contract.
The agreement is retro-active to last January. It provide seven percent in wages increases over three years, improved health benefits, and higher night differential pay. The agreement covers 325 employees of Orleans Community Health.
The new deal comes after a 14-hour negotiation session and just in time to avert a one-day work stoppage set for July 20th.
