ALBION, N.Y. (WIVB) - Albion Police credit the media with spurring the public to help finding a missing young man with Asperger's Syndrome.
Fifteen-year-old Timothy Mattison hadn't been seen since 6 a.m. Thursday morning at his home on West Bank Street in Albion. Authorities say Mattison was without his medication.
Media outlets, including News 4, put the word out that Mattison was missing. Albion Police say after the public learned that Mattison was being sought, they were informed of his whereabouts.
Mattison is now safe and with family members.
