RIDGEWAY, N.Y. (AP) - Talk about spilling the beans.
Authorities say a dump truck driver hauling a full load of soy beans in rural upstate New York accidentally raised the dump box and dumped the entire load onto the roadway Thursday.
The Orleans County Sheriff's office says the raised dump box also ripped down several electrical, telephone and cable television lines.
The accident happened about 10:30 a.m. in the town of Ridgeway, about 35 miles northeast of Buffalo, and temporarily shut down an intersection. No one was injured.
The truck is owned by Root Brothers Farms in Barre.
