ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - Governor David Paterson is delivering his first State of the State address Wednesday.
The governor has already proposed cutting millions of dollars out of state aid for Erie County.
Erie County Executive Chris Collins will be in Albany attending the State of the State.
Collins says he's anticipating the county could take a hit as large as twenty million dollars and that could mean eliminating some county programs.
Collins (R) said, "We don't have the luxury of printing money in the basement of the building. We have a tight budget as everyone knows. And so we're keeping our fingers crossed but early indications show we're gonna get hit pretty hard."
