3407 victims speak about bill's passage

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Robin Tolsma and Jennifer West lost their husbands in the crash. They were there when lawmakers approved the safety reforms.

President Obama is expected to sign the bill into law this weekend. He would sign it sooner, but has not yet received the bill from Congress. We'll let you know when that happens.
