BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Republican gubernatorial contender Carl Paladino is mad, and Wednesday night he confronted New York Post State Editor Fred Dicker in Lake George, accusing him of sending reporters after his daughter.

The blistering exchange began when Post editor Fred Dicker challenged Paladino's claim that Andrew Cuomo had affairs when he was married.

Accusations then flew about a Post photographer hounding Paladino's 10-year old daughter he fathered out of wedlock.

Paladino: I have a daughter too, Fred. I have a daughter!
Security: That's it, Fred.
Dicker: Stay away from me!
*expletives*
Dicker: What evidence do you have?
*crosstalk*
Paladino: You send one of your goons after my daughter? Say that one more time!
Dicker: Come on! Stay away from me! Don't touch me! Who are you? I'm just trying to ask him a question!
Paladino: Go ahead, ask me a question.
Dicker: Do you have any evidence for the charge you made?
Paladino: At the appropriate time, you'll get it!
Dicker: This guy's the attorney general of the State of New York.
Paladino: And you're his stalking horse, Fred Dicker. You're his stalking horse. You're his bird dog. You send another goon to my daughter's home, and I'll take you out.
Dicker: You're going to take me out?
Paladino: Yeah!
Dicker: And how are you going to do that?
Paladino: Watch me.
Dicker: What, are you threatening me?
Caputo: Fred, you're out of line. And you're working for Cuomo.
Dicker: Not true! I work for the New York Post, lets see the evidence! This is just the kind of smearing you just used before!
Caputo: What about the evidence you have that Nancy Naples what not in any trouble, that you didn't print it when I gave it to you. Because you're working for Cuomo.
Dicker: I'm working for Cuomo?
Caputo: And you're a terrible journalist.
Dicker: Thank you very much.
Caputo: You're a terrible journalist. Anything else?
Dicker: Where's the evidence on Cuomo?
Caputo: When the pendulum swings away from Cuomo, we'll welcome you back. But you're way out of line sending photographers to take photos of his daughter.
Dicker: I didn't send them!
Caputo: Yes you did.
Dicker: I wish I had the power, I don't
