The democratic candidate for governor is in town for just a short time, and this is his only stop in Buffalo before he heads to Syracuse.

News 4 tried to ask him questions as he got to Synacor, but he said he would make all comments at the press conference.

The reason he is at Synacor, a global technology company, is that Cuomo says as governor he wants to help out businesses looking to expand. He sees Synacor as the new New York State economy.

He took a tour of the company and met employees, before heading to the podium to announce his comprehensive economic plan.

Cuomo was in Buffalo last week for a fundraiser, this is his second trip to Buffalo since the primaries. It certainly won't be the last, as Republican Carl Paladino has gained a lot of support here.

News 4's Al Vaughters is at the announcement and will bring you the details on News 4 at 5.
