BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Western New York's advocate for reducing local government is getting national attention.
An article in USA Today talks about Kevin Gaughan's crusade to downsize local government.
Gaughan's latest mission is the elimination of two seats from the Hamburg Town Board.
Hamburg taxpayers will vote on the plan on November 17th.
