NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. (WIVB) - Voters in Niagara County will decide if their government should be shrunk down to size.

A county legislature downsizing measure is on the ballot.

Voters will have the ultimate say on whether the legislature should be reduced from 19 to 15 members.

Advocates said downsizing will reduce costs for taxpayers in the longrun.

A similar measure eight years ago got a thumbs down.
