Electronic scanning used for ballots

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - You may notice some changes when you head to the polls in Erie County.

This is the first general election in which suburban voters will cast their ballots by using an electronic scanning system.

Just a tip from voters Tuesday morning, make sure you look at both sides of the ballot or you might miss the propositions.

The system will be used in the City of Buffalo starting next year.
