ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - The sexual harassment scandal surrounding former southern tier congressman, Eric Massa, is heating up.

House Majority Leader John Boehner wanted an ethics probe reopened to determine if Democratic leaders covered up sexual harassment allegations against Massa. But House Democrats stopped his bid. Democrats deny any cover-up. Massa is accused of groping male staffers. He initially cited health reasons for his resignation and then claimed he was forced out because of his opposition to the health care reform bill.
