Falls get bigger payout from Senecas

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - The cataract city will be getting a bigger cash payout from the Seneca Niagara Casino.

The state received $55 million from the Seneca Nation. It was due at the end of December but state lawmakers just confirmed the payment. Niagara Falls city government will receive $9 million out of that.

That's up from the $8.4 million initially projected.
