WASHINGTON, D.C. (WIVB) - Flight 3407 families are marching on in their crusade to toughen airline safety rules.
On Thursday, families met with Senator Charles Schumer in Washington. They were scheduled to meet with the FAA, urging the agency to implement new safety rules that were signed into law this past summer. 3407 families and Senator Schumer have been pushing for increased pilot training after the NSTB ruled pilot error caused the Clarence Center crash that killed 50 people in 2009.
