Lawmakers finalizing budget details

ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - In Albany, state lawmakers are finalizing details on this year's long overdue budget.

The Senate and Assembly announced late Saturday afternoon joint agreements on budget bills they say will close the budget deficit. Governor Paterson promised New Yorkers a budget would be passed by June 28th.
