ERIE COUNTY. N.Y. (WIVB) - Erie County's top fiscal watchdog race turned into a dog fight.
Marc Poloncarz is in the race against Republican challenger, Phil Kadet.
It was a tight race but News 4 Political Analyst declared Poloncarz as the winner.
