ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A so-called "Tea Party" Republican is throwing his hat into the New York Governor's race.

Albany attorney Warren Redlich says he will seek the Republican and Libertarian nominations for governor. He says he'll represent the anti-establishment "Tea Party" wing of the GOP, which held high-profile protests last year.

Rick Lazio is already running for the Republican nomination.
