ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WIVB) - Due to high demand, a stop in New York on Friday by former President Bill Clinton as he campaigns for Democratic candidates is being moved to a larger venue.
Clinton is due to stop in Rochester to support Reps. Louise Slaughter and Kathy Hochul and was supposed to be at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center. Wednesday night, Rep. Hochul's office sent out an e-mail saying that because of the large response, the rally will now be held at the more spacious Rochester Main Street Armory at 3:30 p.m.
You can find tickets by following this link. Those who do not get tickets in advance will be able to attend, but only on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Syracuse media is also reporting that Clinton will stop in Syracuse to support Democratic congressional candidate Dan Maffei.
