State budget nears completion

ALBANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - New York's legislature has begun passing the final budget bills needed to close out the state's second straight budget on time.

The legislature is expected to take hours to pass the massive bills. The $132 billion budget includes a 4% increase for schools and for the Medicaid health care system.
