Authorities say man made child porn

DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Dunkirk man is facing disturbing charges, and pleaded not guilty on Friday afternoon.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations have charged 31-year-old Roger Luczkowiak of Dunkirk with possessing child porn, and authorities believe some of the pornography is homemade. Officials say an analysis of his computer turned up multiple images and videos, including two videos with a 6-year-old victim where they allege Luczkowiak's voice can be heard giving instructions to the victim. Authorities say they also discovered graphic images of the victim and Luczkowiak.

The Dunkirk Police Department brought the case to the attention of ICE and partnered in the investigation. If you are aware of any children who have had contact with Luczkowiak, you're asked to call the U.S. Attorney's Office at 1-800-320-0682 and leave a message with your contact information.
