WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - It's back to court for Facebook and the Allegany County man suing for half of the company.

Lawyers for Mark Zuckerberg will be in court Wednesday to provide legal arguments in the lawsuit filed by Paul Ceglia.

The Wellsville man claims Zuckerberg signed over part of a business that is now Facebook, in exchange for some work back in 2003.

Facebook and Zuckerberg maintain the claim is baseless and that Ceglia hasn't provided all relevant documents, as ordered by the court.

Ceglia has a new attorney, his fifth legal team since the first court hearing.
