JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Wendy's in Jamestown sustained heavy structural damage Tuesday, according to the Jamestown Police.
Authorities say an 80-year-old Falconer resident struck the east side of the restaurant on East 2nd Street around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, causing major damage to the building.
This is the latest in a rash of vehicles that have crashed into buildings around WNY since August. Check out a photo gallery and map of all crash locations.
Neither the driver nor anyone in the restaurant was hurt.
No charges have been filed at this time.
