FREDONIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A boil water order has been lifted in the Village of Fredonia.
The Chautauqua County Health Department had issued the order after detecting problems with the village's filtration system. The problem was corrected on Friday and the health department took samples throughout the weekend to ensure the water is safe.
Residents should flush their plumbing systems to make sure they have clean water throughout.
