Delivery truck tangled in power lines

STOCKTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - A delivery truck driver found himself in a precarious position Tuesday in the southern tier.
The man was delivering salt to a highway barn when the truck got tangled in power lines in the Town of Stockton. He became trapped inside the truck. Firefighters responded and managed to get him out safely.
This incident is not believed to be weather-related.
