SALAMANCA, N.Y. (WIVB) - One of three western New York cities waiting on casino cash will get a payment from New York State.
On Thursday, Governor Andrew Cuomo added a line to an executive order to pay the City of Salamanca $2.5 million from the general fund. While that makes up the unpaid casino cash for this year, the city has not received payments from the Seneca Nation for over three years.
