ALFRED, N.Y. (WIVB) - No one will be charged in connection with this weekend's destructive explosion in Alfred.
Sunday's blast at the Rose Apartments was caused by a natural gas leak after someone installing a snow fence punctured the gas line. Investigators are ruling it an accident and no criminal charges will be filed.
Two people were hurt in the explosion.
