CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Some local pharmacists are doing their part to help alleviate the painful price of prescription drugs.

Imagine a local pharmacy that offers free home delivery of prescription and over-the-counter needs.

VascuScript is now open at the VascuFlo center on Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga.

Three local pharmacists founded the service. It offers free clinical programs for patients and physicians.

Patients have the option of picking up their prescriptions or having them home-delivered, free of charge.

VascuScript accepts all insurances, including Medicare-D and Medicaid.
