CAMBRIDGE, ONT. (WIVB) - A spectacular crash on Highway 401 near Cambridge sent a tractor trailer off the road and into the icy Nith River.
The OPP is investigating but eyewitnesses have been telling Canadian media that the driver went right through the guardrail. Boxes of computers were seen floating down the river.
The crash happened around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday on the eastbound lanes of the highway, west of Trussler Road.
Police divers recovered the bodies of two men inside the truck at the time of the crash.
No other details have been released by authorities.
