ALBION, N.Y. (WIVB) - The man charged with the murder of a woman in an Albion WalMart parking lot is now charged with severely beating an inmate at the Orleans County Jail.

The Orleans County Sheriff's Office says that Luis Rodriguez- Flamenco, 24, has been charged with another felony, second degree assault. Deputies say that Rodriguez-Flamenco punched another inmate in the face causing severe bleeding

The suspect is an illegal immigrant who is facing charges of stabbing Kathleen Byham with a kitchen knife in the parking lot of the Albion WalMart on October 30.
