Woman accused of theft from day care

KANE, PA (WIVB) - A Pennsylvania woman is charged with  84 felony counts for allegedly stealing funds from the Kane Day School.

Ashley Nicole Wilson, 26, Kane, PA., allegedly took $13,377.31 in funds while serving as the treasurer of the pre-school program at Tabor Lutheran Church.

Wilson is accused of using Kane Day Care funds as her personal spending account.

Wilson faces the following charges:

• Three counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of funds
• A total of 43 counts of theft by unlawful taking
• A total of 38 counts of forgery.

The alleged crimes took place starting in July 2010.
