Meet Royce from the SPCA

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - The SPCA came to News 4 at Noon, Monday.

Royce came to visit News 4. Royce is a seven-year-old miniature poodle. Royce was used for breeding at a puppy mill and now needs to find a good home.
