Biography: Michael H. Doran represented those
afflicted with serious injury and occupational disease, as well as
wrongful death cases, for over 25 years. He achieved multimillion
dollar verdicts and settlements in various types of complex
litigation, including medical malpractice, construction law,
products liability, asbestos litigation, pharmaceutical litigation
and representing injured railroad workers.
Michael concentrated on representing railroad workers who
sustained on-the-job traumatic injuries, as well as those who
contracted occupational diseases including noise-induced hearing
loss, pulmonary diseases, asbestos-related cancers and cumulative
trauma injuries.
Michael had been honored with induction into the Million
Dollar Advocates Society for his efforts in representing numerous
injured railroaders.
Over the past 15 years, Michael had successfully resolved
cases and claims for sums in excess of $200,000,000.00 on behalf of
his clients in actions in state and federal courts. He had tried
cases to verdict in ten states, and had successfully represented
clients from 32 states across the country.
