Rock Comeback Dooms Bandits

TORONTO (WIVB) - The Toronto Rock scored the last four goals of the game to complete a stirring comeback and eliminate the Buffalo Bandits.  Toronto advances in the NLL playoffs with a 13-11 win at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto.

Buffalo led 6-0 in the second quarter.  But the Rock outscored them 13-5 the rest of the way to gain the victory.  Buffalo also led 11-9 in the 4th quarter, but the Rock scored the games final four goals.

Mike Accursi led Buffalo with six goals.  He had three assists. Mark Steenhuis scored twice and added four assits.  Kevin Dostie had four assists.

Stephan LeBlanc scored five goals for Toronto.  Colin Doyle scored four times. 

Buffalo's season ends, following an 8-8 regular season that saw the team struggle early.
