Tavares Returns and Bandits Win

PHILADELPHIA (WIVB) - In his first game of the season, John Tavares has two goals to led the Bandits over Philadelphia 13-11. Buffalo improves to 2-5. Tavares has missed the entire season with a calf injury. He also added four assists.

Frank Resetarits, Mark Steenhuis, Brett Bucktooth and Kevin Dostie scored twice for the Bandits. Steenhuis totaled eight points. \

The Bandits came back from a 5-0 hole in the first quarter. The game was tied 7-7 at the half.

Buffalo's next game is is February 27th, when they host the Wings.
