BUFFALO (WIVB) - It seems like everybody who plays at the HSBC Arena is now on a losing streak. The Sabres have dropped two in a row, and now the Bandits have tasted defeat. Buffalo's two game winning streak ended Saturday with a 10-9 defeat to the Philadelphia Wings.
Drew Westervelt's score with 1:18 left broke a 9-9 tie and keyed the Wings victory. Buffalo falls to 4-3 on the season.
Tracy Kelusky and Chad Culp scored twice for Buffalo. John Tavares had a goal and four assists. Athan Iannucci and Dan Hardy had three goals for Philly.
The Bandits next host Rochester on March 5.
