BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - It took a few games more than originally planned, but Canisius coach Jim Baron finally registered his 400th career victory Thursday night in the Griffs' 64-60 win over Manhattan.
Isaac Sosa scored a game-high 25 points to lead Canisius. The Griffs improve to 4-3 in the MAAC.
Niagara also picked up a home-court win tonight, taking care of Siena 87-64.
Antoine Mason scored 23 points, while Juan'ya Green chipped in 21 points and 8 assists. The Purple Eagles now hold a half-game lead for first place in the MAAC at 6-1 this season. They have won six in a row.
