ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Chan Gailey has received no assurance that he will be back next season as the Bills Head Coach, but his players are giving him their stamp of approval.
"He's my coach," said running back C.J. Spiller. "I got his back. Those people that want him fired, they must not understand football."
Gailey understands the scrutiny that comes along with a 5-8 record, but maintains that he has seen progress over the last three years.
"To me, we're a better football team than we were three years ago when we got here," said Gailey.
The Bills play Seattle Sunday up in Toronto.
