Bills shut out in Pro Bowl voting

Spiller, Byrd snubbed

Pro Bowl rosters are out, and the list does not include any Buffalo Bills.

Jairus Byrd and C.J. Spiller are two players who were hoping to hear their names called tonight, but the Pro Bowl votes went a different direction.

Baltimore safety Ed Reed is the lone free safety on the AFC roster, beating out Byrd. The AFC will also feature running backs Arian Foster, Jamaal Charles, and Ray Rice instead of Spiller.

Spiller leads all NFL running backs with 6.5 yards per carry this year, although each of the players selected instead have more rushing attempts and more yards.

Byrd is tied for the AFC lead with five interceptions this year.

Amherst, N.Y. native Rob Gronkowski made his second straight Pro Bowl, despite missing the last five games with a broken arm.
