Ralph Wilson Stadium - Bills safety George Wilson may have put it best, talking about this week's game in Kansas City--"It's not going to be the NFL game of the week."

It's a matchup between the 4-8 Bills and the 3-9 Chiefs, with the playoffs not a realistic goal for either team.

The Bills got back to work today with four games left in the season, knowing that there are major changes coming to the football team. Interim Coach Perry Fewell is appealing to his players' pride and professionalism as they get ready this week

Bills Head Coach Perry Fewell is the one charged with getting his team ready to play.

"We're all competitors number one," Fewell said Wednesday.  "We talked about it this morning, that in order to get what you want in life, you have to have enthusiasm and a vision. Our vision is to win."

Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick says the team is preparing to play as usual.  "We're professionals. We're out there playing for each other, playing for our teammates and also playing for ourselves. Everyone is playing for jobs, and that's kind of what you have to do as a football player."

For wide receiver Terrell Owens, it's a tough situation as far as motivation is concerned.

"I try to find ways to keep myself motivated ," Owens said, "and knowing that ther is realy nothing at the end of the tunnel that you can really play for. But you just have to come out and keep working hard, and I think if anything, I can help the young guys, just showing my professionalism."

It looks like the Bills are going to be thin on the offensive line again this week. Two offensive tackles--Demetrius Bell and Kirk Chambers. missed Wednesday's  practice with injuries.
