The Bills interviewed three different Head Coach candidates Friday in Arizona, talking with Lovie Smith, Chip Kelly, and Doug Marrone.
Smith, the former Bears Head Coach, expressed interest in the job earlier this week. Chicago fired Smith after a 10-6 season.
Marrone is the Syracuse Head Coach and a former NFL assistant. He led the Orange to an 8-5 record this season.
Kelly is the hottest prospect in the college ranks at the moment, having guided Oregon to four straight BCS Bowl appearances. However, Kelly reportedly spent seven hours interviewing with Cleveland Friday, and that is seen as his likely destination at this point. The Bills' interview with Kelly came Friday evening.
Earlier this week, Buffalo interviewed ex-Cardinals Head Coach Ken Whisenhunt and current Cardinals defensive coordinator Ray Horton.
The search will reportedly shift to Denver Saturday, where the Bills will interview Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy.
