ORCHARD PARK, NY (WIVB) - The Bills continued to make roster moves on Sunday, signing veteran tight end David Martin and claiming offensive lineman Kraig Urbik.

To make room for the two players, TE J.P. Foschi and DB Dominique Harris were released.

Martin is an eight year veteran who's played for the Dolphins and Packers.  He was just released by Miami after missing all of last year with a knee injury.  He's a big 6-4, 265 pound target who's started 43 career games and has 14 career touchdowns.  Martin and Jonathan Stupar are the only current tight ends on the Bills roster.  Shawn Nelson is out for the first four games due to his NFL suspension.

Urbik was claimed off waivers from the Steelers, who drafted him in the third round in 2009.  A 6-5, 323 pound guard who starred at Wisconsin, Urbik was inactive for all 16 games last season.  He will provide depth on the line behind starting guards Eric Wood and Andy Levitre.  It's not know if the Bills believe he can play tackle, a position he played for some games in college.

The Bills also began to assemble their practice squad, filling four of the eight spots.  Buffalo native and U.B. wide receiver Naaman Roosevelt stays in his hometown, claiming one position.  The Bills also signed RB Joique Bell, FB Rodney Ferguson and OL Jason Watkins.  Bell led the team in rushing during the preseason.
