ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Buffalo Bills announced Friday morning that they have resigned Quarterback Tarvaris Jackson.

According to the team’s Twitter account, Bills Head Coach Doug Marrone said, “I spoke with Ryan Fitzpatrick and Tarvaris Jackson and told them we will have an open competition at QB."
