ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Kicker Rian Lindell has signed a contract extension with the Buffalo Bills. Terms of the deal were not released.

Lindell has spent the last nine seasons in Buffalo, and played in 180 straight games, before snapping the streak in 2011 when he missed the final eight games due to a shoulder injury.

Lindell is second on the Bills all-time scoring list with 878 points.  Lindell, a 12-year NFL veteran, connected on his first 321 extra point attempts as a pro, the streak is the longest in NFL history to start a career.
