DETROIT - Jonny Flynn will try to rebuild his NBA reputation in Detroit, catching on with the Pistons as a non-roster player in training camp.
The Niagara Falls native was the #6 overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft, but has missed significant time due to injuries over the course of his brief career.
Flynn split last season between the Rockets and Trail Blazers, playing a total of just 29 games.
He led Niagara Falls High School to the 2005 N.Y. State Championship and earned "Mr. Basketball" honors in New York as a senior, before starring at Syracuse.
