Jonny Flynn's NBA comeback attempt will begin halfway around the globe. The Niagara Falls native signed to play for the Melbourne Tigers in Australia.
Flynn, whose once-promising NBA career has been derailed by injuries, spent training camp with the Detroit Pistons.
Just three years ago, he was the number six overall pick in the NBA Draft. Since that day, Flynn has bounced between Minnesota, Houston, and Portland.
Flynn was Mr. Basketball in New York back in 2005 after leading Niagara Falls High School to the N.Y. Federation Championship.
