ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Still no decision on whether Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller will play this Sunday against the New England Patriots.

Jackson, who is trying to come back from a Week One knee injury, practiced for the first time Wednesday, but was limited. He is wearing a knee brace to try to speed up his comeback, but says he will not rush back just to play this week.

"It is a big game for us, but at the same time I have to be smart,." said Jackson. "Make sure I am out there able to make plays for my team and I am not hindering them."

Spiller did not practice, but did do a few drills on his own nearby. He is trying to return after a shoulder injury knocked him out of Sunday's game against Cleveland.

Also today, Bills Head Coach Chan Gailey revealed that Shawn Powell and Tyler Thigpen will both practice holding the ball for kicker Rian Lindell this week. That was one of the jobs held by veteran punter Brian Moorman, who the team released Tuesday in favor of Powell.
