ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Andrew Luck may be a rookie in title, but the Bills' defensive players say he does not play much like a rookie on the field.
"The only thing rookie about him is that he was drafted last year," said linebacker Kelvin Sheppard. "Beyond that, he's probably one of the better quarterbacks in the league right now."
Luck, who had a rare off game last Sunday against the Patriots, has already passed for nearly 3,000 yards in his rookie season, leading the Colts to a 6-4 record through the first ten games.
"He's got a pretty good handle on things," said defensive tackle Kyle Williams. "I think the rookie label with him can be pretty well dropped."
The Bills visit Indianapolis this Sunday for a 1pm kickoff.
