Niagara and Canisius dominated the MAAC's postseason all-conference team today, with three players earning First-Team All-MAAC honors.
Niagara's Juan'ya Green and Antoine Mason join Canisius star Billy Baron on the league's first-team, giving all three a shot at MAAC Player of the Year honors. That award will be handed out this Thursday.
Green and Mason, both sophomores, have already passed the 1,000 point mark for their career at NU. Baron, who transferred in from Rhode Island to play for his father, has been the spark plug for Canisius all season long.
Canisius guard Harold Washington earned Third-Team honors. Niagara freshman T.J. Cline earned a spot on the league's All-Rookie team.
On the women's side, Canisius guard Ashley Durham and Niagara center Lauren Gatto earned First-Team honors. Canisius freshman Tiahana Mills is an All-Rookie selection.
