Young, Snow set to start Sunday

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Bills will have two offensive linemen making their first NFL start this Sunday against the Rams, with both Sam Young and David Snow filling in this week.

Young takes over at right tackle for Chris Hairston, who will miss at least one game with a foot injury. Bills Head Coach Chan Gailey said today, doctors are still running tests to determine the extent of Hairston's injury.

"You get to actually go through it, as opposed to taking mental reps or just looking in the playbook," said Young.

Snow will fill in for injured center Eric Wood, although it remains to be seen whether Snow will play center or right guard this week. Kraig Urbik, who typically starts at right guard, will fill the other spot.

"Credit David Snow, he's come in as an undrafted rookie, and he's really developed this year," said Wood, who will miss at least two weeks with a partially torn MCL in his knee.

The Bills host St. Louis this Sunday at 1pm.
