Randolph's Jordan Dowiasz capped off a stellar high school football career by earning New York's Class D Player of the Year honor Wednesday, as the N.Y. State Broadcasters Association released its All-State teams for Class B, C, and D.
Dowiasz rushed for more than 1,700 yards this year, leading Randolph to the state championship. He is surrounded by plenty of Western New York talent on the All-State teams. The complete list is included below. Class AA and A will be released next Wednesday.
