Reed does not get into Hall of Fame

BUFFALO, NY (WIVB.com) - The Bills are not even playing football at this point in the season but Bills fans are still getting bad news. Today former wide receiver Andre Reed failed to make it into the Hall of Fame. This year marked the seventh straight year that he was among the finalists.

Reed had a 16-year NFL career. He spent 15 of those years with the Bills. Throughout his career he logged 13,198 receiving yards and 87 touchdowns. He also played in four super bowls with the Bills.

The Hall of Fame class of 2013 includes wide receiver Cris Carter and coach Bill Parcells, Three players are entering the hall in their first year of eligibility, including offensive linemen Larry Allen and Jonathan Ogden as well as defensive lineman Warren Sapp. The two senior inductees were Curly Culp and Dave Robinson.
